What Yippi is

Yippi is a chat-and-share service for messaging, media posting, profile discovery, and live video. This Statement describes how yankasammy vivar ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use Yippi - Chat & Share (com.yippi.chatflow) on supported clients.

Security practices

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest for sensitive records

Categories of information collected

Device & technical data

• Device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone
• Unique device identifiers and advertising ID
• Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data

Network & logs

• IP address, network type, connection timestamps
• Server logs, security logs, and activity logs related to your use of Yippi

Account & registration

• Email address, phone number (when provided), password hash, date of birth, user ID
• Account verification and recovery data

Profile & identity

• Display name, nickname, username, avatar, profile photo, personal bio or introduction
• Gender, age range, or preferences you choose to share

Chat & communication

• Text messages, chat threads, conversation metadata, read receipts, and timestamps
• Voice messages and attachments shared in chat

Video communication

• Video call session metadata (duration, participants, connection quality)
• Video-related content you choose to capture or upload (not recorded without consent where prohibited by law)

Images & media

• Photos, videos, and other media you upload, send, or post on Yippi

Payment (if applicable)

• Transaction metadata processed by payment partners — we do not store full card numbers

How information is used

• Service delivery — register accounts, enable chat, video, matching, and social features
• Safety & moderation — detect CSAM, CSAE, fraud, spam, harassment, and policy violations
• Security — protect accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain platform integrity
• Support — respond to inquiries, privacy requests, and deletion requests
• Improvement — analyze usage to improve features and performance (often in aggregated form)
• Legal compliance — meet regulatory, tax, and law-enforcement obligations

Retention periods

• Account & profile — while active; deleted within 30 days after confirmed deletion
• Chat & media content — while active; deleted on account deletion, subject to legal holds
• Payment records — up to 7 years for financial compliance
• Security & compliance logs — up to 3 years
• Support & privacy records — up to 2 years after closure
• Advertising preferences — until opt-out or deletion, then removed within 30 days

Sharing and third parties

We may share data with:

• Service providers — hosting, analytics, customer support, moderation tools
• Payment processors — for purchases and subscriptions
• Advertising partners — only as permitted and subject to your opt-out preferences
• Authorities — when required by law or to protect users, especially in CSAM/CSAE cases

We do not sell personal information under CCPA, VCDPA, or similar laws.

Right to know: You may ask whether Yippi shares your data, with whom, for what purpose, and for how long. We respond within 15 business days after verification.

Your rights and controls

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object to processing, withdraw consent, know about sharing, and opt out of targeted advertising. Contact vivaryankasammy9m448@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days or as law requires.

Account deletion: Settings > Account > Delete Account, or see yippi-remove-account.html. Deletion removes profile, chat history, and media except where law requires retention.

Children's privacy

Yippi is not directed at children under 13. Users must be at least 13 to register; users under 18 may need parental consent in some regions. Paid and mature features require 18+. Transfers and updates

Data may be processed outside your country using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We may update this Statement; material changes will show a revised Last Updated date.
